We are a female-owned business, deeply honored to share in the collaborative spirit of uplifting people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life in staying healthy, inspired, and joyful.

Evolve’s owner brings over 20 years of credentials and experience in the healthcare, wellness, and yoga communities.

JoAnn Andrews

JoAnn Andrews has always had an innate desire to reach out into the world and make a difference. Through humility, she learned what is truly important in life and has dedicated much thought to merging her passion for helping families with her 25-year embrace of yoga. JoAnn is a certified yoga instructor and a proud member of the Yoga Alliance.

After serving in executive leadership roles in Fortune 500 international marketing and communications, JoAnn returned to her roots on the Florida Gulf Coast in Pensacola. She continued to develop her passion for yoga, culminating in an immersive experience in Bali, Indonesia with Swan Michelle. This journey deepened her understanding of yoga's healing power and equipped her to share it with others.

JoAnn’s core expertise lies in the development and acceleration of sustainable strategic execution. With over 25 years of leading organizations, she has focused on tackling immense challenges within government, companies, and organizations to provide sustainable change. A proven communicator and leader, JoAnn excels in clear care communications, enhanced by extensive international experience in overcoming language and communication barriers.

Throughout her career, JoAnn has led key initiatives for leading companies like Boston Scientific, where she managed a European cardiology team across seventeen countries and ten languages. She engaged Key Opinion Leaders on new market entries and recalls through the FDA and European Commission, product evaluation, and education.

JoAnn has also collaborated with state and local health departments, universities, non-profits, and various health organizations in grant development and sustainability. Her efforts have secured millions of dollars for community health improvement initiatives, planning, needs assessments, and coalition building. She provided grant writing services and strategic evaluation for Tulane University's Workforce Development Plan, utilizing the ECHO Project Model to address the opioid epidemic.

JoAnn has served as a member and former chair of the National Association of County and City Officials (NACCHO) Performance Improvement Workgroup, providing leadership in quality improvement, accreditation, and health equity. She is one of ten national experts certified by NACCHO in the Mobilizing for Action through Planning & Partnerships (MAPP) framework and collaborates with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for Healthy People 2030.

JoAnn has led national education sessions on the Power of Connection and community engagement, emphasizing partnerships, collaboration, and value-based relationships. Her expertise has earned her accolades, including the American Marketing Association (AMA) Marketer of the Year Award, the Frost & Sullivan Marketing Strategy Award for Cardiovascular, and the African Methodist Episcopal Church Sesquicentennial Hail the Heroes Distinguished Health Professional Award.
